 Monitoring

We have the equipment and expertise to carry out the monitoring of movement of structures depending on the clients needs. By establishing accurate off site control, we are then able to return to site to continue the monitoring for any shift in position that may have occurred due to settlement or ongoing development since the time of the last observations.
The technique and accuracy depend upon the specific circumstances of the project and we are happy to discuss and advice on each individual case.
From experience, in ideal conditions, we can achieve an accuracy of +/- 3mm in vertical and horizontal position.
